This Is the Moment.

A new funding era is here. Let’s meet it with intention.

I’ve been working in grassroots movements and impact startups since 2015, when I joined the Peace Corps and began what would become a relentless, love-fueled pursuit of systems change. Over the years, I’ve been a student, a teacher, a strategist, a grant writer, a founder, a partner, and—more often than not—an impatient optimist asking why can’t this be better?

Now, with my co-founders and the incredible team at Atharii, I can finally say we’re building the thing we always wished we had: an on-the-ground understanding of how to move money where it makes real impact.

Atharii exists to bridge the gap between funders and founders. We know both worlds and we speak both languages. We help community-rooted organizations tell their stories in ways funders can truly understand, while guiding funders to build trust, flexibility, and strategy into how they move resources.

We’re here to get money, ideas, and support flowing toward real, grounded impact: Not five years from now. Right now.

Because here’s the truth:

  • The federal funding system is being deliberately dismantled.

  • Philanthropy is risk-averse and stuck in outdated cycles.

  • Nonprofits are expected to act like businesses—but without the resources or room to grow.

  • Startups chasing climate and equity solutions are often too early-stage for traditional funding models.

Atharii emerged from a simple truth: impact requires translation. We exist to communicate what’s too often lost between the funder’s intention and the founder’s reality.

People-centered. Planet-conscious. Profit-smart.

We are consultants — but not the traditional kind. We are capacity-builders, storytellers, systems strategists, and funding nerds with big hearts. We’ve worked inside the broken systems. Now we work alongside the people changing them.

That’s why everything we do is grounded in:

Clarity – we help you see the full funding landscape and chart a path through it.
Cooperation – we work as thought partners, collaborators, and bridge-builders.
Care – we treat every mission like it’s our own.

Whether you’re a grassroots health org in East Africa, a climate tech startup in the U.S., or a funder ready to rewrite your grant-making strategy — we’re here to build lasting infrastructure for change.

For people. For planet. With profit.

Follow us on our journey for a more equitable future.

This is just the beginning.
