Ameen Hassan

  • Ameen is a grant strategist and policy consultant with deep experience in public health & wellbeing programs, including addiction recovery, mental health, and culturally grounded prevention. He helps mission-driven organizations design impactful programs, secure funding, and build systems that bridge policy and practice. He holds a master’s in Sustainable International Development and is a certified PMP.

Beck Hayes

  • Beck is a social impact strategist and grant consultant with expertise in sustainable development, entrepreneurship, and strategic communications. A former Peace Corps volunteer and founder of Sowing Seas, Beck brings a systems-thinking approach to scaling solutions that prioritize people, planet, and profit. She holds a dual master’s in Sustainable International Development and a Social Impact MBA.

About Us

Atharii was co-founded by Ameen Hassan and Beck Hayes, friends who met in grad school and bonded over a shared frustration: too many great ideas are underfunded because the systems are confusing, slow, or closed off.

We started Atharii to change that. With backgrounds in social entrepreneurship and community-based innovation, we know how to translate between grassroots vision and funder expectations. Since launching in 2024, we’ve helped organizations raise millions in grant funding.
