Flexible consulting for funding bold, community-rooted change.
ATHARII means IMPACT in Swahili.
And that’s exactly what we aim to do.

The Atharii Collective
A network of collaborators working across sectors to help bold, community-rooted ideas get funded — and help funders move capital toward people and projects that matter.
Why Now
U.S. federal funding aimed at climate action, civil rights, and international development is being actively dismantled. Programs labeled “equity,” “climate,” or “DEI” are under open attack. And global philanthropy is more competitive than ever.
On one side, community-rooted organizations are spending more time justifying their work than doing it — navigating shrinking grants, broken systems, and funders who favor familiarity over true impact.
On the other, funders are being told to do more with less, often without the proximity, relationships, or tools to respond effectively.
We built Atharii to bridge this gap.
How We Help
-
We support organizations with every part of the grant process—researching opportunities, writing proposals, developing budgets, and managing reporting requirements.
-
We help teams design programs, plan for sustainable growth, and build internal systems to support long-term impact.
-
We shape narratives that influence, inspire, and mobilize. From pitch decks and funder briefs to campaigns and public messaging, we help you communicate your impact with clarity and conviction.
-
We lead custom workshops, cohort trainings, and strategic sessions that equip your team with the tools, language, and confidence to fundraise and lead with impact.
What Our Clients Have to Say
“This was our first time applying for funding like this, and Atharii made it feel manageable. They asked the right questions and helped us pull together something we could be proud of. I'd definitely work with them again.”
— Zamzam Salad, Co-founder & Treatment Director, Uplift Treatment Center
"Working with Atharii has been a game changer for us. Their team didn’t just help us write grants — they helped us clarify our goals and feel confident in front of funders. Their support has brought in major funding, but even more importantly, it’s helped us grow with integrity. They’re thoughtful, strategic, and genuinely care about the communities we serve."
— Ali Aden, Executive Director, Bridge Healing Center
